Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She is also an actor on the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is of Italian descent. Cook appeared first in a public service ad for foster care at seven years old. Her career began as a child model around the age of 10, appearing in national ads for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuits. She attended Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also attended Minneapolis South High School.
