 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American actor, comedian and activist She was born in Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and began her career after her move from Israel to the United States as a child actor. She is most famous for her appearances on AT&T commercials on television. In these commercials, Lily Adams (2013 to 2016) and in 2020 (since 2020 (from). She also was a regular series regular on Yahoo! Screen science fiction comedy Other Space (2015) and played a part in a recurring role in the NBC drama This Is Us (2016-2017). Vayntrub is also the voice for Squirrel girl in Marvel Rising since 2018, following her appearance in the TV pilot that was never aired New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish and born in Tashkent in the Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. At the age of two her parents and she relocated to the U.S. as refugees to avoid antisemitism and settled in West Hollywood. Due to the family's financial difficulties the actress began appearing in Mattel Barbie commercials as a five-year-old. Vayntrub briefly studied at Beverly Hills High School. After her sophomore year, she dropped out and earned an GED. She continued however to earn the Bachelor of Arts Communication degree from the University of California San Diego. She was a part of the Upright Citizens Brigade, and was a student of improv comedy.
